Project Overview
This project involved the acquisition and conversion of a former garage site into a neighbourhood retail centre anchored by Tesco. We partnered with Dransfield Properties to bring the scheme forward, managing feasibility, design and delivery. The centre has added much-needed retail provision to the area and was completed on time and to specification.
The completed development was sold to a family property company.
