Project Overview
We acquired and redeveloped the former White Elephant Public House to deliver a new Tesco Express. The site was fully refurbished to provide a high-quality retail unit with dedicated customer parking and electric vehicle charging in partnership with Zest Eco. We managed the full process from acquisition through to planning and delivery, ensuring the finished asset met the needs of both occupier and community.
The development was sold to a private investor following completion.
